The Campaign Operations Manager plays a key role in our Operations department. They will be responsible for hands-on implementation of client's campaigns from campaign launch to completion to ensure best in market customer service and overall campaign success throughout the Figg publisher network. This individual will advise on, support and implement new or changing advertising flights in conjunction with our Sales and Merchant Operations teams. The Campaign Operations Manager will also have primary responsibility for maintaining advertiser data quality In both CRM (Salesforce) and Internal systems, which will include routine campaign data monitoring, reporting & analysis as well as participation in any data quality improvement efforts.


  • Primary operations liaison with Sales, Customer Success, and other operations teams in support of advertiser go-to-market campaigns.
  • Own day-to-day communications and escalations with Sales & Merchant Operations ensuring Figg can efficiently and effectively deploy the campaigns and maximize budget dollars.
  • Shepherd scope, budget, and overall campaign resources while supporting the day-to-day execution campaigns.
  • Assist Sales, Customer Success, Merchant Operations and other teams with understanding how campaigns can be set up and targeted into our proprietary technology to ensure successful return for advertisers and profitability for our publisher networks.
  • Create and maintain Campaign business rules documentation
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics and Development teams to provide platform enhancement recommendations that improve workflow and campaign implementation experience.


  • 3-5 years' experience within the advertising/marketing space
  • Excellent project management, data analysis and business systems analysis skills
  • Experienced at setting up controls, processes, and procedures
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, data queries, SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player and independent worker
  • Strong sense of mission with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Solid communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels
  • Ability to project a professional image over the phone and in person
  • Passionate and curious about all aspects of the business and have an entrepreneurial mindset


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
