POSITION SUMMARY

Senior Manager, Customer Engagement & Marketing is responsible for managing the development and implementation of marketing communication plans that drive engagement and overall retention with our partners programs. This role is responsible for executing marketing communications strategies, campaigns and programs, while developing a consistent approach to operationalize marketing enablement across the organization.


This role will drive marketing communication & enablement aligned to our business goals for external and internal marketing initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for executing omni-channel strategies to drive customer engagement and increase specific down steam actions. You will coordinate with the marketing, analytics, and product teams to test user interactions and communications that maximize user engagement and conversions.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Creates strategies to increase engagement of Figg programs, keeping in mind core business KPIs
  • Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to build and execute strategic engagement initiatives
  • Manages the creative development of all marketing tactics for each marketing campaign and program, including: email, SMS, push notifications, in-product messaging, notifications, etc.
  • Consults with leadership team regarding strategy, content, design and production of all marketing materials and is responsible for ensuring accuracy of content before being communicated.
  • Oversees engagement marketing calendar and tracks customer communication journeys in conjunction with the operations team
  • Develop a marketing enablement strategy and plan that includes best-in-class learning curriculums to improve marketing learning and alignment
  • Leads efforts to define and implement frameworks for measuring, reporting and analyzing marketing and engagement results

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 5-7+ years marketing experience (agency experience is a plus)
  • Proven experience using Marketing Cloud, or another marketing automation platform
  • A creative thinker who can thrive in a data-driven company with a deep commitment to improving user communications and uncovering valuable consumer insights
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
  • Have entrepreneurial/scrappy drive
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced highly demanding environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in design, human factors, or related field
