Position summary

The Technical Project Manager I is responsible for leading all client implementations at Figg. These projects include multiple high impact projects to support the organization's strategic direction. Leading large-scale programs and internal projects, you will work cross departmentally to engage stakeholders, assess risks and opportunities, and execute on project and client goals.

The ideal candidate is comfortable as a relationship manager as well as a project leader and understands the importance of client success. As a project manager, this individual is organized, a self-starter, and a creative problem solver. The individual in this role needs to be able to own multiple projects simultaneously, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure each project meets the criteria for success on-time and on-budget. You are business minded and thrive on the fact that priorities can shift any second and can easily shift gears to work on a different project without compromising the details.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale technology delivery projects requiring contributions and coordination from multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the client relationship during the implementation phase, as well as hand offs between Business Development and Customer Success teams.
  • Use detailed knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach to ensure the appropriate level of planning and monitoring to facilitate timely and high-quality implementations.
  • Drive each applicable stage throughout the project lifecycle and ensure critical information is shared among applicable team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure teams are delivering against the plan and work with the teams to raise concerns and hold teams accountable for actions.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and work direction across all projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP, CAPM, or CSM preferred
